Website Maintenance Services
SPC seeks the services of a web designer/developer to take charge of updating and visually
refreshing the SPC website and improving the utility and functionality of the site. Specifically, the
individual, working under the direction of a member of the SPC board, will:
1. Make regular updates to the site by posting materials supplied by the SPCs PR consultant and
by Board members.
2. Add an online registration capability to the site to permit online registration for meetings,
online application for the SPC scholarship, and online voting for the annual election of board
members.
3. Make recommendations to the board for upgrading and refreshing the website design and, with
the boards approval, make changes to enhance the site design.
4. Report monthly to the SPC board on website status and activities from the previous month.
