The City is seeking the professional services of a consultant with solid experience in the creation and design of government and corporate websites to develop a new City website that more effectively leverages modern technologies and current design trends to effectively communicate with our citizens, visitors, businesses, and potential investors. The successful firm will have proven abilities in the areas of site architecture, navigation strategy, content strategy, functional and aesthetic design, and the use of established content management systems to produce robust and secure websites. It is the intent of the City for the new website, with minor periodic updates and tweaks, to be sufficiently technologically advanced so as to offer a functional shelf life of eight to ten years
