The Organization wishes to hire a vendor to design and create this site. Simplicity of use is a must for this website. Simplicity of use is a must for this website to enable either the organization or another community organization to maintain the site and update its content on a regular basis.
The selected vendor will provide the following services:
Create framework for new site.
Work with organization staff to create a visually engaging graphic design and layout to make
the website intuitive and accessible to users. (the organization will provide a logo and color
scheme to work from.)
Make other enhancements to the site’s functionality and design within the project budget
and scope such as implementation of a content management system (CMS), RSS feeds
and mobile accessibility.
