We are pleased to distribute this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to potential Website Designers and Developers for the above referenced project. The RFP distribution and selection process will be managed by Imaging Perspective LLC, (IP)
IP uses proprietary Thru-View hardware and software to provide commercial and residential construction contractors, building owners and architects with a hassle-free imaging service to document their building projects with an x-ray eye for change orders and professionally documenting As-Built conditions.

SCOPE AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
Scope of RFP
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain fixed pricing from invited and solicited Web Site designers and developers for a new website and internet marketing program. IP desires to establish a professional website that captivates our customers & establishes our credibility as the industry leader. It will give our website visitors extensive information about our services, FAQ, etc. The goal of the website is to create customer loyalty, professional image and high conversion rates using a more sophisticated Design & Site Architecture. IP currently enjoys a high conversion rate for our services once the customer has discovered it. The goal is to increase traffic and expand an already loyal customer base.
Pricing
In your response, please propose fixed pricing for the outlined scope of work. Any additional services should be separately and distinctly defined.
Selection
The successful designer will be awarded based upon pricing, interview (if necessary), creativity, solutions offered and delivery of the project. Preference of the selection will be given to candidates who can improve upon the delivery schedule of the project as noted below and the amount of the respondents pricing. Preference will be given to respondents who present solutions to creatively implement an effective website combined with a new internet based marketing plan and approach that can demonstrate increased traffic.
Budget
We have established a budget of $15,000.
Schedule
Distribute RFP Dec. 26th, 2008
Responses due Jan. 7th, 2009 4:00 PM.
Interview for selected respondents Jan 8th & Jan. 9th.
Contract award Jan 12th
Project complete, new website launch Feb 15th.
Specific RFP Response and Scope
At a minimum your response must include the following scope of services:
Develop Marketing Strategy for website/Video
Include a Discovery Phase (interviews with the IP team) to thoroughly understand the IP solution & target market
Include developing a survey to understand the IP markets needs, the core benefits of our product/solution as it relates to the needs
Include coming up with a central theme to convey the core message to better market the IP product
Video Shoot & Integration into website
Include one 60-90 sec promo video: highlighting our solution + benefits + short testimonial
Include two 45-60 sec testimonial style videos ( One for Residential , One for Commercial Target Market)
Include one day of Shooting Time at 2 Bay Area locations
Include scripts written for all 3 videos
Include all necessary onsite choreography
Include integration of 3 videos into the new website
Include submitting 3 videos to youtube
Include links in your response that show previous samples of websites designed and completed by your firm.
Professional Design & Branding for our Website
Custom Home Page Design Template presented with appropriate color scheme based upon existing IP colors
Unique Interior Page Template Design, same design for all pages
Include up to 2 revisions on the Designs
12-15 page Html Website
12 - 15 pg Website including extensive information on the IP company, services, FAQs, etc.
Include programming and Layout of all pages with text, images, pdf files, etc
Develop Navigation Structure for all pages + sub navigation
Include a recommended Site Map in your response.
General Contact Form
Online Contact form with up to 10 fields. Allowing visitors to contact IP directly from our
website.
The information from the form will be directly emailed to IP sales Dept
Content Editing/Writing
Include all editing of text needed for the site.
Submit qualifications of editor and previous samples of edited sites
Include costs for annual web hosting
Communications Requirements
During the RFP and selection process all communication, questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing via email only to [email protected]

This Request for Proposal is an invitation to submit a proposal. It is neither an offer nor contract. Imaging Perspective, LLC. reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. No party shall have any legal rights or obligations with respect to any other party because of the existence of this Request for Proposal. The parties agree that unless and until a definitive Agreement has been prepared, signed and delivered to the parties involved, no party shall have an obligation to any other. Only a duly executed Agreement for services between Imaging Perspective, LLC and any vendor shall constitute a binding agreement.
