Website Design and Development Request for Proposal
There is a need to reconstruct the current website to include robust Web 2.0 technologies and dynamic content management. The following features need to be integrated into the current Website in order to support
the National Conference. In addition , past the conference date, the Website needs to be sustainable by the
organization.
• comprehensive on-line registration
• branded social media presence
• on-line document submission,
• centralized document management and storage
• e-mail communications/e-mail marketing
• membership management solution
The scope includes the following:
• Work with organization’s Conference Steering Team and sub-committees
to establish on-line registration, on-line document submission, central
document sharing, data storage and retrieval for the National Conference.
• Be available to provide on-going technical support for the Website for up
to one year. Attend Conference Planning Committee teleconference
meetings and other meetings as deemed appropriate by the National
Planning Committee and Sub-committees.
• Provide general advice, consultation, and or training on any
and all matters related to the planning and implementation of the Website.
