Website Design and Development Project
East Baltimore Development Inc. (EBDI) is seeking Proposals from highly qualified contractor, to design and develop a new website for our company. The successful Contractor will contract directly with EBDIs procurement office and will work cooperatively with EBDI and other corporate members to successfully provide the website design services requested and complete the full scope of the project within budget and on schedule. EBDI will assist by providing the background information that will be required to complete tasks associated with this project.
