The Agency announces its intent to seek qualifications from organizations interested in designing, developing, and, potentially, hosting a public website serving agency clients. This will be used to establish a pool of qualified contractors for current and future projects. The website content will be provided by HSA or HSA's contracted content specialist. One upcoming project, the CalFresh Fresh Approach Website, will provide nutrition, health, and cooking information to low-income Californians, specifically those eligible for CalFresh (formerly known as Food Stamps). This will be a concept to completion project, on a short timeline. The website must publicly launch no later than August 14, 2013. HSA will be the project lead and facilitate collaboration with the selected vendor and HSA's contracted content specialist. HSA's contracted content specialist, a local non-profit agency specializing in nutrition-education and cooking, will provide all content for the site, and upon launch, will manage content revisions or additions.
