Website Design Request for Proposal
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) process is to invite vendors to submit their
proposal to provide website design and website design consulting services.
The scope of this project is to redesign the existing external-facing website for the organization.
The redesign of the website will allow Pet Haven to have an Internet presence that is visually
appealing and technically up-to-date. The redesign also will make it easier for the organization
personnel to update and maintain the site.
In scope for this project:
● CMS recommendation and, upon approval, acquisition
● User experience design session to determine site organization
● Design of new site, including compatibility with multiple browsers
● Migration of content to new site (as necessary – not all content will be migrated)
● Testing of new site
● Launch of new site
● Training for up to five Pet Haven members on use of CMS to update new site
