Website Design Implementation and Related Services
This RFP is an invitation to prospective professional, full-service website and on-line communications agencies to submit Proposals for the comprehensive revitalization of the OPA Family of Websites and for providing advice and services on an as needed and ad hoc basis for a two-year period with an option to review after the first year.
