The Institute wishes to relocate the hosting of its web site from the current domain and commission a comprehensive redesign of the site to encourage organizational and membership growth to an international market of outdoor performance venues. The current site lacks a number of functions which are needed, including a "members only" section, resource library, jobs postings, newsletter and postcard templates to be used in mailings and the ability for visitors to order and pay for memberships, conference registrations, audition registrations, donations and other similar association programs.
