Proposals are being accepted from qualified organizations to provide specific services used in the promotion of tourism in Colorado. The selected organization will provide services for one major component of tourism promotion, http://www.colorado.com, hereinafter referred to as Colorado.com, the state's official tourism website. Organizations are asked to submit a plan that focuses on http://Colorado.com, but that may include the integration of other promotional elements. The Contractor may subcontract for any of the services described below, and this must be described within the plan. The State reserves the right to contract separately for services other than http://Colorado.com
