In cooperation with UEC Staff, Company will design, build and implement a fully functional web site which incorporates agreed upon services and functionally of web site. Project must be completed and delivered in working draft form by September 25, 2005, and uploaded and publicly viewable by October 1, 2005.
BUDGET: Please provide several cost proposals to accomplish the scope outlined below. The budget must encompass all design, production, site maintenance and software acquisitions necessary for development and maintenance of the website.
DEVELOPMENT:
Create a content management system that will permit non-technical staff to instantly update website content on separate pages (number to be determined in consultation with selected consultant).
Convert some existing website information to new website.
Development of web pages to accommodate the proposed navigation scheme included below.
Provide necessary software and licenses to maintain site internally or externally.
Perform a step-by-step build including input and sign-off of design and functionality of site. Community Relations Department 2 of 12 Umatilla Electric Cooperative
Umatilla Electric Cooperatives in-house communications team will create all of the site copy and provide the successful candidate with most necessary original and stock photography.
