The State intends to secure a contract for the provision of website design, development, hosting and support services for the Tennessee State Veterans' Homes Board ("TSVHB"). The services should be securee user-friendly, particularly for the elderlye compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act of
1990, as amended, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964e Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliante and should include a responsive content management systeme language translatione a page for each of the facilities operated by the TSVHBe and the ability to make donations, control and assign/designate roles, post and remove jobs, photographs, videos, news, activities, events and
marketing materials.
