The Office of the Chief Judge is seeking a three-year contract with the qualified vendor. Proposers' submittals in response to this request should include a detailed description and complete cost information for each of the following requirements. Statements of cost should include a detailed description of services performed within the classifications and their associated hourly rates. Rate quotes shall be fully loaded to include all associated costs to perform the service including, such items as travel, parking, and so on.
