Website Consultation and Re-Design
The company has issued this Request for Proposals to secure a qualified vendor to provide website
consultation services and re-design for http://www.etdinc.com to be completed by no later than
June 30, 2013. Currently, the website is basic and serves as a portal for information
about our company, the programs we provide and our partners. Through the contract to be
awarded, the company seeks to make this website more interactive for all who visit the site (e.g.,
employers, job-seekers, employees, community leaders, etc.). Because of the need to
redesign the website for its functionality, ETDI is seeking bidders who can provide insight
into new and can suggest innovative and realistic ideas during consultation sessions.
Therefore, bidders with experience providing similar services for workforce development
agencies, have a basic understanding of workforce development practices and desirable
outcomes and have a proven record of incorporating innovative tools into website and
