The purpose of this procurement process is to select a firm with expertise in current trends in
visually appealing web design to produce a user friendly web site for the Village. The
selected firm will also be responsible for converting the Village website into a database
driven open source CMS (Content Management System). The selected firm will train staff
members so that they are also able to make updates to the website.
