The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size for Website/Mobile Application production and Management. Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered as a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought. Suggested NAICS code 519130.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred

CLIN 0003: Website and Mobile Application Management
CLIN 0004 Contract Manpower Reporting Application

The Government is seeking tailored capability statements addressing the needs of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. Additionally, the Government is seeking normal business practices in website/mobile application production to tailor the PWS in order to utilize the industries full potential in development and management.
If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these services, please provide the following information:
Organization name, address, email address, Website, telephone number, size standard with social economic status and type of ownership for the organization, cage code, TIN number, NAICS codes(with business size) and GSA Schedule number (if applicable);
BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 5:00 p.m. EST 30JUN19. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to sean.m.connolly1.mil@mail.mil will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties shall respond that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this announcement.
