The Library is soliciting proposals from Offerors who can provide a website for English and Foreign Language Learning. A product that can teach numerous languages in addition to English and Latin American Spanish would be advantageous. This may include American Sign Language, as well as other European and non-European languages. Because the service will also be used to help with integration of non-English speakers, lessons that address American cultural norms and practices are desirable.
