The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain pricing for Websense
Software Maintenance renewal for the Employment Security Commission. The term of the
contract for year one shall be from effective date through 2/5/2010, with the option to renew for two
additional years at the States option. Products and Services will be provided in accordance with the
terms of this IFB, and the attachments to this IFB
