Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to issue solicitation N0018918QZ304 to procure a web-based subscription service featuring real time federal legislation tracking and research in support of Navy Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA). This service is determined to be a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101 and will be solicited under full and open competition procedures. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price for a period of one year beginning 23 March 2018. Award will be made to the vendor capable of meeting all the requirements of the solicitation and submits the lowest price. It is anticipated the solicitation will be posted to the GPE on or about 16 March 2018.
