The purpose of this RFP and any resulting contract award is to solicit proposals for utilization of
Web-enabled data mining to collect broadband service provider data as one of the multiple data
collection methods under the State Broadband Data and Development Grant. The e-NC
Authority is seeking a vendor to collect broadband service provider data using necessary Web
crawling and analytical tools, and to provide this data to the e-NC Authority in the format
required by the NOFA.
