RFP : Web-Based Monitoring System

The purpose of this Request for Response (RFR) is to elicit bids for the Web-Based Monitoring System project for Program Quality Assurance Services (PQA), a unit of the Massachusetts Department of Education (MADOE) as described in this RFR. It is the goal of PQA that this system will be a user-friendly system and will integrate all monitoring and follow-up activities / functions. The DOE initial posted a Request for Information (RFI) and a Request for Quote (RFQ) from ITS23 Contractors. However the responses received did not meet the needs of the DOE and therefore permission from the Operational Services Division (OSD) was granted to post this RFR.
