The Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) is currently inviting bids from qualified vendors to provide a web-based, on-line property auction service, comparable to states current Illinois bid system known as iBid, http://ibid.illinois.gov. This service would be utilized by the States CMS Property Control Division as an option for the sale of surplus State property.
