Web-Based Data Submission and Measurement System

The purpose of the RFP is to select the most qualified vendor to engage in the design,
implementation and management and/or hosting of a comprehensive web-based data
submission and measurement system to improve and streamline the data collection and
measurement around SHN. The successful vendor will have demonstrated experience in
developing data collection and measurement tools, preferably for the healthcare
organizations. The tool will be user-friendly and intuitive for all end-users.
