Web-Based Assessment and Reporting Solutions
The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals
from qualified source(s) to establish one (1) firm fixed contract through competitive negotiations, for the acquisition and installation of a WebBased
Assessment and Reporting Solutions system herein referred to as the WebBased Assessment System or the Product. Prince William County Public Schools (herein referred to as PWCS) is procuring a webbased assessment and reporting tool and related support suitable for use across the school division. The Testing Office within the Office of
Accountability provides assessment resources to 85 schools and approximately 30 central offices. If
the system will be hosted on PWCS computers, compatibility to the current network system is a firm
requirement.
