Web site Development, Design, Hosting and Services
Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc. (Energy Trust), an Oregon nonprofit, 501(c)(3) corporation, is issuing
a Request For Proposals (RFP) for Web site development, design, hosting and other services. The
selected firm will work collaboratively with Energy Trust to implement the next version of Energy
Trusts Web site, provide further Web site development and design, and other ongoing web-related
support services. The resulting contract will be for one-year with two additional one-year extension
options at Energy Trusts discretion. Energy Trust currently contracts for Web site-related
supported services. To accommodate for a potential transition between service providers, Energy
Trust anticipates up to a six-month overlap by the new firm with the existing firm. During the six
month overlap the new firm will be responsible for learning and taking over all elements of the Web
site set forth below in the description of the services to be provided.
