Web development, site upgrades, and web hosting services
The Organization is seeking a contractor to provide extranet development, site upgrades including redesign and implementation and modifications and web hosting services. The websites must be compliant with state and federal website accessibility requirements.
The contract period is expected to commence in August 2010, and terminates one year later with three
one-year renewal periods at the sole discretion of the Organization. The Organization has currently
budgeted $50,000 for the first year (to include the new site design) and up to $33,000 for each of
three one-year renewals periods. Organization reserves the right to amend the Contract for additional time
or money, contingent upon need and the availability of approved funding.
