CCAPA seeks professional assistance to design and build a new web site and, at CCAPAs option, to manage and operate the site. The final product should be attractive and engaging, functional for the user, and easy to maintain for CCAPA. The Chapter has allocated $3,000 for this project.

The selected provider is expected to be experienced and well qualified not only in the technical aspects of web site development, but also in the functional quality of web sites in terms of organization, content and management. Interested providers are encouraged to visit the organizations home page (www.ccapa.org) and the home pages of similar organizations.

Project Goal:
The CCAPA aspires to be both a resource for its members and to be a leader on issues of land use, planning and development affecting the state, its regions, and its municipalities. We recognize our website is an important tool to help us achieve these aspirations. We want to create a website that is attractive, dynamic, and valuable in terms of its content and functionality. We want the site to project a professional, forward thinking image for our organization.

Scope of Services:
The scope of services includes both base and optional services. The provider will work with a small task force and a CCAPA project manager to perform this service. CCAPA review / approval is required for the concept, organization and final design. CCAPA will provide images and content.
