Web and Mobile Application and Development Services
Successful Respondent shall provide the Web and Mobile Application Design and Development Services (Services) associated with promoting the State Energy Program as described in this RFO. Respondents may choose to respond to one or both service options requested.
Option 1: Web Portal Design, develop, launch, host and maintain a dynamic and interactive Web portal to engage Texas consumers at all levels in being energy efficient and exploring the use of renewable energy. Provide information architecture and design strategy for revising the existing site and how it coordinates with the design and content of the consumer Web portal.
Option 2: Mobile Application Design, develop, launch, host and maintain an interactive mobile-device component or components in support of the Web portal to optimize use of energy efficiency tools, calculators and information on a mobile device.
