The purpose of this amendment to Special Notice #OPM3217N0009 is to provide:
1. Slides from Industry Day,
2. Questions and Answers from Industry Day,
3. Conference Registration List, and
4. DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) Document

NOTE: Feedback on the DRAFT PWS will be accepted until 1:00 Eastern Time on July 31, 2017. This is to aid the Government in clarifying the requirement. The Government WILL NOT respond to any questions at this stage and no responses will be published. Your input, however, is appreciated.

This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotations.
