The purpose of this solicitation is to select one (1) Proponent to provide Web Solutions
Services as defined in Section 4, Scope of Work. The Preferred Proponent will enter into a
contract in a form of a Master Service Agreement (MSA). It is anticipated that the
duration of the MSA will be for three (3) years with the option to renew for an additional
one (1) year term.
