TTUHSC provides patient care through the Texas Tech Physicians (TTP). TTP operates clinics throughout its operating region as part of its educational, teaching and training mission. This Request for Proposal is for the purpose of enhancing the patient experience by giving access to the TTP through an Internet Web Portal. The purpose of the portal is to provide patients with access to scheduling, personal medical records, communications with the Physicians and their Staff, and other medical information through a highly secure network interface.

TTUHSC is open to proposals that are housed either in-house, or hosted by the awarded vendor.
