The County is seeking the services of a Web site design firm with experience developing economic development websites to redesign, develop and implement the web site (http://www.alliancepickens.com/). The primary use of the web site will be as a tool
used to market the County to site selectors and companies looking for a place to establish a
business location, as well as assist existing companies to make investment and expansion decisions.
It will need to provide information on available commercial and industrial sites, licensing, available
assistance, potential incentives, utilities, demographics, etc., as well as sell the county, its culture,
history, natural setting and educational opportunities
