The City would like to develop a sophisticated web site that citizens regularly revisit because information is relevant, comprehensive and easy to find. The outcome desired is a site that:
XPresents relevant news and information in an immediate and compelling way
XIs organized around the needs of the user / customer
XIs intuitive and doesnt require special knowledge of City organization to find information
XAllows citizens to transact business on-line
XEnables effortless browsing and searching for information
XProvide seamless integration of multimedia content within the design framework
The City is looking for end-to-end web site design services that includes user definition, design, development and implementation, including a methodology for ongoing content management that ensures consistency page to page within the site. Most of the content for the site exists in our current site and needs to be reorganized and presented under a new navigation and design framework.
