The Corporation seeks an Offeror to: host, develop and maintain the site; to provide a client content management system for the web site that allows web site updates by non-technical staff; to provide site design consulting and programming; and to generally ensure reliable and excellent 24/7 operation of both the public facing site and the content management system.
