The City is seeking proposals from vendors that have extensive experience assisting public sector organizations with website design and re-architecture. Desired professional services include gathering stakeholder input, reviewing best practices in public sector web design, recommending changes to the existing design, developing design wireframes (or equivalent) that optimize web user experience, and can be implemented and easily supported within the Ektron CMS (7.6 migrating to 8.5) and the population of content throughout the site. Scope includes making the site mobile friendly via CSS.
