Web Site Consulting Services
The City of Aspen is requesting Proposals from qualified vendors to provide web site consulting services for the City of Aspen and Pitkin County (COA/PC). The City and County are seeking professional advice as to next steps for web site development using a best practices approach. Physical web site design and implementation are not included in this work effort. The current web site is a joint venture between Pitkin County and the City of Aspen and can be found at http://www.aspenpitkin.com.
The work product for this professional services contract will be a written document providing alternatives and recommendations with associated costs and corresponding justification for the recommended alternative. This document must include an evaluation of the current web site, along with recommended enhancements. A project plan will be delivered which will move COA/PC forward to the next phase of site design and implementation.
Although it is anticipated that much of this work can be performed remotely, it is expected that at least a portion of this work would be on location in Aspen and Pitkin County.
