Junior Achievement of NEPA, Inc. and Wilkes University have received a WIRED grant from the Wall Street West consortium to create an educational program for secondary students called CEO Simulation. This computer-based simulation will allow students working in groups of up to 75 to learn about the business start-up process. The complete project will include several components such as in-school curriculum and promotional materials. The core deliverable will be a web-based application to support a half-day long simulation event at the JA Mericle Family Center for Enterprise Education in Kingston, PA. This RFP is for bids from programming vendors to create the final version of this web-based application in a production development phase.
