Attached is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a partner to provide a new Content Management System (CMS) which leads to effective and efficient management of the Museum’s online presence, including the creation of an elegant and uncluttered new or upgraded website (http://www.otagomuseum.govt.nz), integration with suitable social media initiatives and other appropriate online outcomes.

As online media becomes an integral part of marketing communication, it is important that the website and other web presence is integrated with the Museum’s branding and positioning, and consistent communication can be achieved with an efficient use of human resources.
