The State intends to contract with multiple Contractors to provide a variety of information technology professional services. Contractor-provided information technology professional services will be used for project specific work (“projects”) necessary to develop, operate and maintain the new AESP environment and to maintain a variety of transactional applications associated with the current portal program (“portal program”).
