Web Development Services
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the University to obtain proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms. The Office is seeking to contract with qualified firms to provide web development services that are consistent with the graphics standards listed. The selected Contractor shall provide services, technical and functional resources for the defined areas of web services.
Various representatives from the units under the Office will maintain the sites and will be responsible for drafting and updating website content. It is expected that the selected offeror will provide strategic guidance during the projects and advise the staff if more efficient or suitable methods would be beneficial to the process. It is expected that the selected offeror will provide advice and guidance about the recommended level of ongoing operational capacity and staffing necessary to optimally maintain the site once it has been deployed.
