The Tow seeks a web design and development firm to help us implement a robust website that supports five key functions - clear navigation and accessibility of Town information, enhancement of Town services and processes through web-based tools, narrative/multimedia storytelling, an engagement platform to create ongoing dialogue and value with our target audiences, and a design that showcases a consistent brand. The project budget is $20,000. Proposals will be received electronically by Kelly Vaughn, TOSV Director of Communications at [email protected] no later than 4:00 p.m. mountain time, November 16, 2012.
