Web Development, Graphic Design, Mobile Application Development and Audiography/Videography Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to create a pool of approved suppliers, which can provide Web Development, Graphic Design, Mobile Application Development, and Audiography / Videography Services that will be used for a variety of communication purposes by units across the university. Successful suppliers will provide consistent and functional work products that adhere to the needs, standards, and specifications of The University and its constituent units on an as-needed per project basis. External firms shall be contracted by individual departments on an as-needed basis to supplement the university’s needs for Web Development, Graphic Design, Audiography / Videography, and Mobile Application Development Services.
Website development must be compliant with the technological framework of University Technology Office and the sponsoring college, school, department, or unit (e.g., HTML/CSS, Drupal, .net, PHP, Java, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.); the format should be agreed upon between the vendor and sponsoring university unit at the start date of the contracted project.
