Web Developer Support for Quality Improvement Resource Center (QIRC)
The core component of the QIRC will be a website housed on CFMCs web server and co-branded with the RWJF. CFMC will supply all content for the site, as well as manage the overall project execution. It is estimated that the initial launch of the QIRC should take place within 12-15 months from the start of the 36-month contract (planned for May 15, 2009), however, CFMC is open to other suggested release strategies, including a phased approach.
The purpose of this solicitation is to secure the expert services of a web design/development organization to assist specifically with:
1) Designing and maintaining the online resource center, and
2) Providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulty with the website or any of its content.
