Web Design and Support Service
The City is interested in redesigning our website. We are looking for a web
developer who will perform the following functions:
Work with a team from the City to design the layout of the site.
Choose a web platform that City staff and Board Chairs can update easily. This will mean
that the site will have security set for different pages.
Create a standard format for the presentation of materials.
Create an archiving process for material no longer relevant.
Build the website and create the first set of pages including segregated security.
Train City staff and Board Members to update their pages.
Provide ongoing support.
At this point, the City is not looking for an interactive site, though that will develop in the next
phase. Please speak to this in your proposal
