The Minnesota Public Health Association (MPHA) is accepting proposals to design, develop and host the Associations web site. This will be a concept to completion production. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged.
The existing MPHA web site (www.mpha.net) was originally designed and produced in 1996 and modified slightly in 1999. The site was created and is currently maintained by Abbott and Abbott.
