The Committee seeks the guidance and services from a Nevada website development firm to build out the existing/temporary splash page (http://www.Nevada150.org) into a fully integrated and functioning website. The website will play an important role in communication (public and media), sponsor recognition, event and project information management (calendar), education and donations.
Nevada will celebrate the 150th anniversary of its admission to the Union during a year-long, state-wide Sesquicentennial Celebration beginning on Nevada Day, October 31, 2013 and continuing through Nevada Day, October 31, 2014. The Governor has established a Planning Committee for the 150th Anniversary of Nevada's Statehood to help lay the groundwork for this celebration.
