The Organization wishes to expand upon and upgrade its current methods of data collection and service recording. Currently the Organization has 10 independent web applications that collect data and store the information in separate unique databases. It is the Organization's intention to integrate an initial 5 predetermined internal programmes, in which the end result is to be an integrated database and web application allowing the Organization and staff to create and manage clients, manage and count services, and generate the necessary reports.
