Web Content Management System
The University is seeking contractors to submit a proposal for a web content management system.
Must include a browser-based client for content managers. List all operating systems and browsers supported by your system’s browser-based client for content managers
Must include a WYSIWYG editor for editing Web content by content managers. Address the following in regard to the system's WYSIWYG editor:
o Ability to customize for specific users or content
o Ability to restrict specific functionality to specific users or content.
o Support for CSS style selection.
o Additional capabilities.
o Must allow for directing editing of HTML code in the edit environment.
Must include a code validator (error checking) for HTML. Address how your system validates code i.e. catches errors in HTML, XHTML, XML etc.
Must be able to integrate content with server-side scripting languages. Address how your system integrates with server-side scripting languages such as ASP.NET and PHP.
Must be able to integrate content with client-side scripting languages. Address how your system integrates with client-side scripting languages such as JavaScript.
