Web Content Management System
The Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Information Technology Section (IT) is soliciting offers for a Web Content Management System (CMS).
Current DSHS Web servers utilize Microsoft Windows Server 2003running Microsoft IIS 6.0. One program Web site is running onthe Linux operating platform and will need to be seamlessly integrated into the CMS solution. On the Internet Web site, there are approximately 72,000 files including shtm, htm, pdf, doc, xls, ppt, gif, jpg, mov, mpg, etc. DSHSOnline contains about 3,000 files, including htm, pdf, doc, xls, ppt, gif, jpg, etc formats. We have approximately 200 online interactive forms that use cgi or asp to e-mail form results or to populate a Microsoft Access database. A separate Web server, webds.dshs.state.tx.us is used for these dynamic Web pages.
